The room was well-maintained and I had a satisfactory breakfast. The staff were very, very nice every time I dealt with them. Greatly enjoyed coffee/tea making equipment, a dining area, and a seating area in the room. A bath was modern style and everything was good! The location was particularly good and excellent, if you need to be walk from a theater and a castle. It was surely a very nice stay for a business trip.

we had the double room with an extremely comfy bed. it offered us particularly good and magnificent location just next door to the hill, lake and the pedestrian zone of neuchatel. plus, we explored lac de neuchatel not too far from the hotel.
The staff was very unfriendly.

Comfortable room with a very cozy bed and a bathroom that was pretty clean. They had good facilities here. Also, the location is amazing - just a 10-15 minute walk from a beautiful botanical garden 🌿.

I liked the helpfulness of the staff and the cheap breakfasts. The location is excellent. Walking distance to everything you want to see in Neuchatel. The toilets worked and we did not run out of hot water in the shower.
The bed in The Nostalgique room was not very comfortable.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Neuchatel. We had a blast checking out the Theatre du Passage and Centre Durrenmatt Neuchatel CDN. The cultural highlights definitely added some swag to our trip. The hotel staff were cool and the rooms were cozy. it was a great experience chilling with my squad.
The only thing we wished for was a bit more party vibes at the hotel. It would have been rad if they had a rooftop bar or a DJ spinning some sick beats.

Clearly newly renovated and sizable room. The kitchenette facilities were useful. Bring your breakfast supplies - the reception will help with needed dishes.
On a busy street with a bit of noisy nightlife but room was nice enough to ignore this.

Central location, clean and spacious room
The hotel website is misleading, the reality is quite worse. When you get there, you have the impression to have reached a wrong address. The neighbourhood is something like slums. No parking, no place to download your luggage, nobody helps you, a steep stairway leads to a poor reception. The breakfast is poor and expensive (non included and we didn't buy it). Could be acceptable by half its price. My last stay in that place

I recently stayed at a hotel in Neuchatel and had a fantastic experience. the location was superb, close to the heart of the city and within walking distance of many attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with any queries or requests. Another highlight was the well-equipped rooms, complete with a small kitchenette that saved me both time and money. Lastly, I must mention the delicious breakfast that was offered, with a good variety of options to choose from.
All in all, my stay at the hotel was excellent and I couldn't find any faults.
